(Mixture makes 12 muffins)
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup of NESTLE caramel top 'n' fill
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
1 packet choc chips (or 1 cup)
1/4 cup milk
Combine oil, sugar and egg in bowl. Stir in Nestle caramel top 'n' fill.
Lightly fold in flour and remaining ingredients. Cook in moderate oven 180 degrees for about 20 - 25 minutes (in muffin pan).
Off to buy some choc chips tomorrow and get cooking!

I'm going to try this! Thanks for the recipe! How do you come up with them? I've not seen anyone use the caramel top an fill as a muffin before. Clever!

Hello, these look really delicious! Mmmm...
But I've never heard of NESTLE caramel top 'n' fill before (I'm from Belgium) Is this a sort of caramel sauce? Maybe I could replace it by caramel topping sauce (the one we put on icecream) What do you think?
