There has been a whole heap of excitement happening here lately - the planning of Bella's mini room makeover!
We've been talking about it for the last 6 months or so and finally started the process on Saturday. Taking the wall frieze down was the first step and we'll be following with a fresh coat of paint, room rearranging and hopefully a new desk so Bella can have her own private creative space.
As I type the room is pretty much a jumbled mess, but the wall paper and surrounding wall art are all down and now we're just waiting for Bella to decide on a paint colour. That's tricky business when you're 11.
I'll keep you posted as we continue with the process!
Also, thank you very much for your lovely comments on my ripple blanket project. I managed to squeeze in a few more rows on a road trip yesterday, so I'm definitely making progress with it.
