There's nothing nicer than the taste of home made cordial.
Yesterday I made up a batch of blackcurrant. So good.
I even tried a new recipe with a splash of lemon, and it's definitely a keeper.
There's also nothing nicer than the sweet smell of freshly made blackcurrant cordial, drifting through the house.
Now, if I could just find my kitchen funnel (hello backyard soup by a certain little person) I could pour the syrup into a cute glass flask for serving. Hmmm....
