A few of you have asked if I'll be sharing photos of our other holiday purchases from the road trip. Well, a lot of our finds I've already posted on here during our journey, but I do have a couple of other goodies that haven't made it onto the blog yet. One of them is a Minelab metal detector that we picked up at a store in Melbourne on our way home.
A metal detector? Is your family crazy, Mel? It's possible that we are crazy, but it's a super fun family activity that we can all do together. It's our new Goodsell family hobby! We hit the beach today for a little bit of treasure hunting and secured the grand sum of $9-35 in coins, an old rusty bolt, a sinker and a whole heap of bottle lids. Any coins are being popped in a new money box and we're using it to save for another 16+ Lego set. Hooray!
