Melbourne is so fun! I only had the tiniest window of opportunity to potter around the shops there, but goodness the shopping is crazy good.
I was a little bit cross with myself because I managed to leave both of my spare camera lenses at home on the weekend and only had my micro one with me, which meant absolutely no zooming in on the far away details. I ended up taking a lot less photos than what I normally would, but that's okay! I enjoyed soaking in my surroundings instead.
One shop that we found while wandering around was the cupcake bakery and it was totally cute. The cupcakes were super yummy too and I tried my very first dose of red velvet. So good. They provide online delivery in Melbourne and Sydney - how sad am I right now about being in Tasmania?
We finished up our visit with a quick trip to Benefit cosmetics and had little make overs with the sweetest (and funniest) sales girl there. Um, I spent far too much money that day on their cosmetics! I am so sold on them though - if you haven't tried Benefit cosmetics yet you must. That's my little tip of the day xoxo
