Today I signed up for Ali Edwards' Scrapbook On The Road workshop. It seems forever since I've completed a scrapbook page and I've really been missing it lately. The workshop seems like a great way to ease myself back into scrapbooking and I love the idea of preparing the mini album in advance and then documenting a trip while I'm away.
It seems a little bit crazy to be taking on a new project after my creative mess post yesterday, but this is something that caught my eye and I really can't wait to get started. Oh, I loved reading through your comments on my post too - lovely to hear that I'm not alone with the mess making!
I've also been meaning to share these cuties (above) for a while now - a measuring tape and stitch ripper. I bought them from Quilt Fabric Delights several months ago, ready for Bella's birthday. It was tempting to keep them for myself, but I really wanted her to have them - something special to use while she sews. The stitch ripper pops back inside the wooden tube and the measuring tape pulls out - you use the dolly at the top to wind it back up. Super sweet and beautiful quality.
Well, Rich is working over the weekend, so I'm planning on making my way through some of those projects from my post yesterday. What do you have planned?
