{Completed needle holder by Miss C - love the birdie battle scar underneath her eye.}
Three out of my six 'little stitchers' finished their first project today. The other three girls are almost done too and I have to say that they've all done an amazing job!!
{Needle holder by Miss G - see the cross-stitched wing, super cute.}
The inspiration to sew the needle holder came from the lovely Cee, who had sent Bella an owl needle holder in a children's sewing swap quite some time ago. It's been a favourite of Bella's ever since, so I knew that it would be perfect for the group to sew.
{Miss K's needle holder. She told me today that this was her very first sewing project, her stitching is fabulous already}
{Needle holders by Miss H and Bella - the tummy scar on Miss H's is darling and I love Bella's little embroidered love heart.}
Aren't they amazing!!? I forgot to photograph one of the projects (Miss B) but will share next week.
The pattern for the owl can be found HERE.
Now I have to put my thinking cap on in time for our next class. I'm swaying towards a softie, but I have to narrow it down a bit more as there are 20 million bookmarked at the moment in my craft books.
