Bella and I are home from our little trip away :)
I have so much to blog about - I'll hopefully start on some more posts later this evening if you want to pop back again to visit.
It's rainy and cold today so we've been indoors all day. James and Bella requested a new batch of toffee, so I made them some this morning, inbetween typing up instructions for a new Quilt Fabric Delights tutorial (that will be up on site for you soon). Here's a peek of the toffee we made and also of my QFD project:
Toffee recipe from HERE. I've cooked this recipe twice now and it worked perfectly both times. SO yum!
Also, it's not too late to join in the fun over at Style Studio either! The classes have only just started - go HERE. I've had a LOT of emails and comments over the last few months asking how to make the fabric coil that I often show on our dining room table - it's peeking out from under my toffee in the first photo. I've put together a step by step guide on how to create the coil (including a part video tutorial) as part of my Style Studio projects, so if you would like to know how to make one of these, go HERE and sign up for the class :))
The one for the tutorial is circular (not flower shaped) but once you master the tecnnique you can really create any shape you like. Here's a sneak:
