Would you like to join in with a sew-a-long and make a lazy days skirt? Starting Monday 12th October I'll be sewing and blogging 5 days of lazy days skirts and I'd love you to join me! Ofcourse you don't have to sew 5 skirts - even just one would be fun...yes?
You can find a free tutorial for the lazy days skirt pattern HERE.
Reasons to sew a skirt:
They're great for being lazy in and if the weather is a little cool, they look cute with tights or stockings underneath.
They're great for jumping, running and dog walking.
They're fun to wear when you're being silly.
The lazy days skirt is also really fast to sew. You can leave them plain or add ribbon, ruffles, a border (like I've done on Bella's skirt here), embellishments, or make them long or short.
If you'd like to join in with the sew-a-long, leave a message on this post (and your blog link if you have one) and I'll create a list in my sidebar of those joining in. During the sew-a-long we can all share our skirts. If you don't have a blog, that's ok too, you can still sew a skirt or two and even email me a photo of your skirt to share (if you like).
Don't forget: to celebrate the sew-a-long, Quilt Fabric Delights are offering FREE POSTAGE for my Australian readers and HALF PRICE POSTAGE for overseas readers up until Friday 16th October. To receive the postage offer/discount on your order, you just need enter:
