A few weeks ago this very cute book arrived in my mail box. It's a delightful book, full of tiny softies, and I do mean tiny - they're super sweet and pint sized, just perfect for children to hold in their hands and tuck into their pockets to carry around.
Bella has been very excited about the new book and has been planning projects for me to sew for her, only I just haven't had a chance to make anything yet. Today I pulled out my felt stash ready for some stitching - Bella and I are going to stich some fuzzy friends together. Tonight we're deciding on which friends to sew and we'll also cut out the designs. Tomorrow night we'll stitch and watch a movie together - we're both excited about our little date! I'll share pics once we're finished. You can sneak a look at a couple of pages inside the book HERE. Felties is published by Penguin Books and available now in book stores.
Oh and here's a crazy green retro alien out of the book that my Mum sewed for James last week - cute hey!
P.S. I'll share the photos of my completed project (from my post yesterday) tomorrow.
