I joined Ravelry after your recent blog post...and have made a scarf for my son from the pattern you had used...just haven't done the upload image thing yet :-) I used straight 8 ply and a possum merino wool which is really soft!

The scarf looks great too. Can't beat a good scarf these days. I am hooked on knitting them. That's about all I can manage these days cos they are simple & quick & easy to work on with a toddler! lol
Enjoy your knitting & of course you have the patience to do it! If you don't you will burst all of our little bubbles! lol
