Does anybody remember this project I started back in May 2008? A Sublime cardigan for myself. What an adventurous project that was to tackle when I'd only just started knitting!!
The good news is that a little over a year later the cardigan is finished, just waiting for me to sew it up:
The bad news is that I can't take full credit for finishing it. Mum had to come to my rescue and finish knitting the last half of the cardigan for me......aren't Mums great!! I purchased some buttons the other day and although I'm a little nervous about sewing it all up, I'm really looking forward to finally being able to wear my cardigan.
I am definitely not starting any more large knitting projects in the near future either (thank goodness I hear you say Mum!).

We're never too old to ask Mum for help. Although having recently become a mother, this is somewhat overwhelming...!!!!

Just in time for winter! Btw, I went to Borders today and saw the Homesewn mag. Looks really good, Mel. :)

That yarn looks yummy. Though the thought of wearing a sweater now in summertime in St Louis in the USA is icky. I should start something for next winter now though huh? Can't wait to see your finished product!
